SAP Reports undertaken from the design stage of your project, offering advice on materials, renewable energies and any required revisions to ensure compliance through to the final As Built SAP & EPC.

Air Tightness Testing
Weather single or multiple plot we can incorporate air tightness testing into your package, if incorporated with SAP calculations we can ensure any flexibility in the air tightness target can be assessed on site if necessary, helping you to achieve compliance.

Ventilation Testing
BPEC Certified ventilation flow rate testing can be included with the air tightness test visit saving you extra call out fees, or being short on sign off. To many times is this overlooked until the all critical stage and problems occur. Avoid this and include flow rate testing to your package.
Part E Sound Insulation Testing
We offer Part E sound insulation testing with fully accredited SITTMA, ANC or UKAS reports
