Compliance Package -
Lincolnshire
A self-build project in a rural village of Lincolnshire. Fully powered by renewable technologies Air Source Heat Pump - Solar PV & Water - Log Burning Stove - A real example of a modern new build with great energy efficiency. Our client instructed BREW Compliance at design stage to organise a cost effective and a fantastic overall efficient energy design for the property. Final on site testing was carried out to finalise the As-built SAP & EPC.

Sound Insulation Testing- Sheffield
Instruction to carry out Part E Sound Insulation Testing in Sheffield. 17 apartments in total, achieving excellent scores across the board.


Air Tightness Testing - Rushton Spencer
Instruction for Air Tightness Testing. Interesting SIP build fully kitted with renewable spec, will be a beautiful Eco House in the country side of Staffordshire Moorlands when finished. Currently at pre completion stage, we carried out the pressure testing to outline any weak areas early on. With a lowest score of 2.17 and highlighting some areas to be fixed we are of confident we will achieve the design score of below 2m3.h/m2 on the completion testing.
Sound Insulation Test - Leicester
Project in leicester with a mixture of conversion and new build elements. We were instructed to carry this out at short notice, we had the building tested and report issued to the client within the next few days.

Commercial Air Tightness Testing - London
Instruction for a Commercial Air Tightness Test in London. Carried out on a reception area of a self storage warehouse. After some on site remedial work. an immeditate re-test was carried out with a final score of 3.34 m3.h/m2 @ 50Pa achieved.
Air Tightness Testing - Coventry
BREW Compliance were instructed to carry out a pre test inspection at this new build site in Coventry. After some professional advise and solutions were given to the client. They were happy and confident to arrange for the Air Tightness Testing to take place. An easy pass was achieved after the client followed our advice on some generic leakage areas finalising a score of 3.72 m3.h/m2 @50Pa. The certificate was lodged and then issued to the client on site.


Sound Insulation Testing - Malvern
Pre-Completion Sound Insulation Testing was instructed to take place in Great Malvern testing the intended party wall & floor design. An interesting conversion project containing multiple flats.

The foundation of our services start with L1A & L1B SAP Calculation as well as Part G Water Consumption. The client for this bungalow style property in Lincoln instructed us to carry out the new build SAP and water calculations at design stage. We will then be doing a site visit later on in the year to carry out the Air Tightness Testing.
